Management
Alex’s obsession with the perfect cup of coffee spans two continents. Before bringing his expertise to America, he spent years mastering the craft in Uganda—working as a professional barista, master roaster, and quality manager.
Along his journey, Alex has trained baristas all over the world and has helped in the establishment of coffee shops all over Africa and Dubai.
Driven to perfect his craft, Alex earned advanced certifications from the Coffee Quality Institute and the Specialty Coffee Association. He later sharpened his operational and marketing expertise as a Quality Specialist at New England Coffee Company.
Today, You Coffee Roasters is the culmination of that lifelong journey. We combine world-class technical standards with a deep love for the bean to bring you an unmatched specialty coffee experience.
